I am on build 10130 of Windows 10. I have added three email accounts to the email app, all of which are provided by outlook.com and all three of which use custom email addresses managed by the now-defunct Custom Domains service at two of the accounts consistently (and by that I mean almost once a day) get the message 'Your account settings are out of date.' I press the 'Fix Account' button but all that happens is a dialog pops open for a second or two with the words 'Working on it.' When I try and sync my mail again the same thing happens.
The only way to fix it seems to be to remove the account and add it in again. Incredibly annoying.
Anyone know what the problem is? Thanks Jamie P.S. Attempting to submit this post from Chrome doesn't work. Doesn't ANYTHING in Microsoft work properly? Hi Jamie, Thank you for your interest in Windows 10 Technical preview.
When you're a Windows OS user it's very easy to send out attachments on emails as.doc documents, made in Microsoft Office or Excel. But just because you're a Windows user doesn't mean your friend or coworker is. The jump from a Mac to a PC means switching from Apple's Mail and Calendar apps to Windows' Mail and Calendar apps. Your feedback is important in making Windows better, you may use the feedback app in the insider and send your thoughts directly to the team building Windows. Please do let us know if you need further assistance, we’ll be glad to assist you. I have submitted via the Windows Feedback app but that is a one-way feedback mechanism, which i despise.
Answers.microsoft.com is a two-way feedback mechanism (i.e. Someone can reply) hence why I'm hoping someone here might have some insider knowledge. http://sqlblog.com/blogs/jamie_thomson.
