Good Evening, I have recently purchased microsoft office and have been keen to set up Microsoft Outlook 2011 - although all my emails download initially I have encountered three problems (despite following the guide to set up outlook on mac for BT Mail) which I'm hoping someone may be able to advise on: Firstly, all of my inbox folders do not download everything is just clumped together in the inbox (i.e. The folders within inbox such as 'work' are not there) Secondly, my emails are not being pushed through automatically I'm having to physically click send and receive in order to download any emails And finally, when I delete an email in outlook when I log into my BT mail account online the email is still present? Have you ticked the 'My outgoing server requires authentication' box in the outgoing server section. 3: I still have to click send/receive to receive any emails This is for Outlook 2010 on Windows, but there will be something similar on your version.
