At my end, I removed old account in Outlook 2016 and created a new one account with IMAP protocol. Then I have added an old PST file. But, I didn’t receive emails of old PST file. I have used Inbox Repair Tool (ScanPST.exe) twice to repair Outlook 2016 emails but unable to find missing emails in Outlook. Please suggest.
