Hello there, I have the same issue! I have macOS Sierra 10.12.6 and my Skype just stopped working from one day to another, that was a few weeks ago (mid/end of November approximately). I have deleted and re-downloaded Skype multiple times, changed the info.plist as suggested by other members, I have changed the speech options in the system preferences and everything else but nothing helps. It does not start at all, it only says 'No Available Windows' and the menu bar looks like this: I am desperate to call my family because it is Christmas today, can anyone help me please?
