Hi Adam, You can access the apps in one of two ways: 1. Open Finder, click 'Applications' in the left-hand navigator and scroll down the list until you see 'Microsoft.' Click the Launchpad icon (grey rocket) in the dock, and then you should see Word, Excel, etc As per Apple's guidelines, we don't automatically add the Office apps to the dock in the 2016 release. However, you can pin them to the dock if you find that method of access more convenient.

We bought the MacBook Pro from a Reliance Store, these things doesn’t take place in the Apple Store so there is no need to ask them for it, but if you are yet to buy MacBook or if your some other friend is buying it, try to ask the Store owner for the MS Office package along with it.
