HI everyone, I bought a Casio CTK-2100 for my wife as a starter device to learn to play the piano, but somehow I'm not able to connect it properly. The keyboard has only a b type usb as an output (also a stereo/headphones output, I don't think it's a midi) and I've tried with a regular a-b type usb cable with and without an extension but it doesn't pop up either in GarageBand either in OSX. I have an iMac Intel based three months old and there is no way the keyboard appears in the system. Do I have to buy a specific cable? Any specific sequence turning on-off both devices? Can somebody give me a hand with this?
